Registration is a quick and easy process that will give you the ability to set up an account, post items and services, leave feedback and setup blogs along with other functions of the website. To buy or reply to users posts you do not need to register and are able to make contact with sellers direct.

How do I search for items or services on the website?
The site has various ways to search for items. This includes:
Keyword search:
Keyword search box & search button in orange box on home page & Search page window.
Our powerful search engine will aid you in finding products easily. You are able to search through our selection of items by sport, product name, brand or other key words. If you’re having trouble finding what you’re after, please contact us. We’re here to help!
Browse by Sport:
Specific sports can be found on the home page. Simply click on the relevant sport and this will take you to that sports page. Sub menu’s for the chosen sport appear on left allowing for further drilling down.
The search page also lists all sports for direct browsing should you wish to search in this manner.
Browse by sports categories:
This splits all sports into five main categories including:
Snow & Winter sports, Water sports, Ball sports, Racing, Urban & Adventure, and Athletics, Exercise and Fitness.
This can be accessed by clicking on browse on the top left of any page, on the 5 sports category pictures on the home page or links in the site map at the bottom of all pages.

Why am I having problems creating an account?
Should you be having problems registering on the website then please contact us and explain the problem and or error and we will assist you.
Why can't I log in to my account?
Please make sure you are using the correct username and password. Should the problem persist then please first try removing your browsers temporary internet files and cookies. If the problem still exists then please contact us and we will endeavour to assist you.
If you have forgotten your username and or password please notify us as per the instructions on the sign in page and we will resend to your supplied email address.

How do I change my personal details including email address or password?
Your personal information is located under ‘My Account’ once you have logged in. Simply click on ‘Public Profile’ or ‘Private Information’ and then make the changes required and click on the ‘Update’ button.
Please tell me how to delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account please contact us and we will notify you via email of the deletion.

How do I add posts to the sportxchange website?
In order to advertise on sportxchange.com you must be a registered user.
Registering is a simple process. Once registered please click ‘Create Post’ in ‘My Account’ or ‘Post Item’ in the orange section on the home page and this will bring up the ‘create a new post’ page. Here you can add for sale, service, events, wanted or general blog posts. The process is straight forward and quick allowing you to add multiple pictures and includes instructions on the left side to further format the text to include links etc.

Is Sportxchange.com a free to use website?
The answer is yes. At present there are no direct costs associated with using the website. Users can post ads, buy from sellers, post events etc free of charge. We will be looking to include added value services at a later stage which will be chargeable. Initially our main source of revenue will be generated from advertising.
